Synergix Ticket

Synergix Ticket is a Multi Media Multi Ticket Management System. This desktop application is installed at all units concerned so that by connecting to the internet, all of the solution and update of Ticket can be monitored in real time by Contact Center and by all units. The System also can send SMS and email reminders to the Person in charge.

In this Multi Ticket system, not just the Call Center but all units connected to the system can create tickets, so that all ticket complaints within the organization can be monitored and handled in one system.
