For this service we use Synergix Relation System, a Customize Multi Media CRM System special develop for your unique needs as integration of database system and telephony and non-telephony application such as :
- Data Entry Application
- Contact Center Application (Inbound)
- Tele Application : Tele Verification / Tele Sales / Tele Survey / Tele Collection
- SMS Management : inbound and outbound
Although CRM Data Center are are located at JSM, Client in real time can monitor performance of Contact Center by using Synergix Customer Relation On line Report.
For Ticket Management we are using Synergix Ticket System, a Multi Media Multi Ticket Management System. This desktop application will be installed at all unit related so that all of the solution and update of Ticket can be monitor in real time by Contact Center and all unit related. The System also can send SMS and email reminder to Person in charge. In this Multi Ticket system, all unit connected to system can create ticket also, so that all complaint ticket within the organization can be monitored and handle in this system.
